Description

A story about a young boy who grows up to become the youngest Governor of his State and then its Senior Senator. This is a time of remembrance by his 6th grade teacher and her husband, at the swearing in ceremony of the new Governor, of their experiences they had raising him, whose Mother and Father both died before he was 14.
